I would love to have a house on the back of a giant slug. I guess it would be a slug? I don't think it could be a snail since it is somebody else's home on its back. Any thoughts?
Definitely looks like a slug, due to the lack of a visible shell. Snails typically have coiled shells... but, it's your illustration - could be a snail who's lost it's shell. ;)
I'd say slug. Slugs move slow enough that it is conceivable that you could build on a gigantic one. You would have a different everyday, which would kick ass until the slug goes vertical.
